Will you offer to the Lord one hour for consecrated life?

The state of life which is constituted by the profession of the evangelical counsels…belongs undeniably to her life and holiness.

On February 2nd, we celebrate the Feast of the Presentation of Our Lord Jesus at the Temple. It is also the day designed by the Church as World Day of Consecrated Life. Let’s celebrate this day by offering a worldwide 40 hours devotion to pray for our consecrated men and women and for more vocations to consecrated life!

The 40 Hours for Consecrated Life event begins Friday at 4 p.m. (PST) and runs until 8:00 a.m. (PST). Simply submit your pledge below to spend one hour in prayer before the Lord at your closest parish or adoration chapel, offered for consecrated men and women, and invite your friends, family and organization to do the same!

We will update this page with holy hour coverage information as we begin receiving pledges and the day draws closer. Also, be sure to follow this event on Facebook!

To protect your privacy, we ask that you submit only your initials (example: Mary Smith = "M.S."). If your organization or group is holding a holy hour for this intention, let us know by listing your organization/group name.
If you are in the United States, please list City and State. If you are outside the U.S., please list your City and Country.
The 40 Hours for Consecrated Life begins at 4 p.m. (PST) on Friday, February 1st and ends at 8 a.m. (PST) on Sunday, February 3rd.
